Opening of Two New North West Bus Stop Points in Bir Bin Hermas and Al-Maʿzam

North West Bus has launched two new stop points in Bir Bin Hermas and Al-Maʿzam as part of the northern network development plan, to serve more passengers across Saudi Arabia and make their trips easier.

The two locations were selected after field visits and passenger feedback. The aim is to improve overland travel experience, reduce random stops, and enhance safety on regional roads.

Our teams monitor performance indicators daily, including cleanliness, crowding, and passenger satisfaction, with weekly reports to Operations for swift action.

We invite passengers to use the new stop points and share their feedback. Our goal is a calmer trip and a repeat-worthy experience.
